With a relevant presence in the Portuguese market since 2006, as a group in the consulting and training area, OPCO became independent in 2015 through it’s Academy with the clear goal of customer driven growing policy
As we continue to bet strongly in our service excellence and breaking with the traditional concept of consulting provider, we seek with this change to offer to our customers an increase of flexibility and quicker answers, relying more and more on the growing innovation of the services we provide. Putting together the experience and knowledge of our staff and international partnerships, OPCO is currently a reference in the markets where we operate.
We continue to bet in Industry and services área, making the difference in auto industry and we are also present aviation industry supporting the reference companies of these sectors.
We have already several projects carried out in national territory as well as abroad. Every year we have thousands of qualification hours and the partnerships we have in the main areas where we operate, give an accreditation to our activity. We have an historical of almost a decade of success, the success of our customers. Pedro Silva Auditor/Formador
With more than twenty years of professional experience, the vast majority spent in OEMs and Automotive Industry suppliers, whether as a professional in the areas of Quality, Engineering, Production / Process or Plant Manager, most recently as trainer and auditor (1st, 2nd And part 3) IATF 16949, AS9100, VDA6.x, FIEV, MMOG / LE, Pedro has supported more than one hundred and fifty organizations to improve their performance since the beginning of OPCO activity.
Teresa Martins Diretora e Responsável Financeira
Supporting OPCO since 2015, Teresa is responsible for managing accounting, administrative management areas and is also in charge of the relationship with external service providers and the management of administrative and financial areas (CFO) in order to ensure OPCO’s relationship with external interested parts, namely of customers, suppliers and legal entities. She also supports the company’s operational activities.
Maria Mouquinho Coordenadora da Academia
Maria José is a professional with vast experience in multinational environment of the automotive industry, where she held the position of Human Resources Manager.
As a certified trainer she integrated the Board of Trainers of several companies. She provided more than 8 thousand hours of training in several areas: Aeronautics, Human Resources, Quality, Behavioral Management, TeamBuilding, among others. Supporting OPCO since 2017, Maria José coordinates advertising strategies for the training programs, as well as the management of customer and partnerships and commercial development.
She also coordinates all ISO9001, VDA QMC and DGERT certification management supporting internally and externally all our employees, from the headquarters in Palmela and the office of Aveiro.
Vânia Azevedo Coordenadora de Novos Negócios
With OPCO since 2016, Vânia is working on the development of new business, both internally, in the areas of the automotive and aeronautic industry, and abroad, in the development of OPCO’s international projects, based on a significant practical experience she got in the areas of automotive quality (IATF16949) and aeronautic quality (AS9100), which also enables her to support OPCO customers directly on the field.
Cláudia Pomares Coordenadora Administrativa e Financeira
Supporting OPCO since 2016, Claudia has been in charge of internal administrative activities, including the coordination of technical and pedagogical activities related to DGERT, the SIGO platform and the management and issuance of pedagogical and technical files and related certificates. Claudia also coordinates all aspects related to billing/invoicing and the financial relationship with OPCO customers.
